CONDICIONES DE RENTAPara reservar una motocicleta a través de nuestro sitio web, se realizará un cargo equivalente al 10% del monto total de la renta. En caso de que el cliente cancele la reservación, este importe NO será reembolsado.
El importe remanente por el 90% del monto de la renta deberá ser cubierto el día de la recolección de la motocicleta.
Ese mismo día también se hará un cargo por el deposito de garantía de $20,000. Esta garantía será reembolsada al cliente dentro de los 10 días hábiles posteriores a la devolución de la motocicleta y se haya revisado el correcto estado físico de la misma.
Todos los pagos y cargos se harán únicamente a una tarjeta de crédito a nombre del titular del contrato de arrendamiento. La motocicleta se deberá entregar con tanque lleno, de lo contrario se le hará un cargo extra por el faltante.
Se cobrará $300 por hora en caso de exceder el horario de entrega.
Se deberá regresar la motocicleta con tanque lleno, de lo contrario se cobrará el faltante.
RideMx se reserva el derecho de renta y en caso de no cumplir con los requisitos le será devuelto el 100% del anticipo.
El contrato de arrendamiento se firma en la recolección pero es necesario que el cliente lo lea con anticipación para agilizar el tramite. (Se envía por correo electrónico).

RENTAL CONDITIONSA first charge to your debit/credit card will be made for the equivalent to 10% of the rental price of the motorcycle. In case of cancelation on the part of the customer this amount will NOT be reimbursed.
The remaining amount (90%) will be charged on the day that you pick up the bike at our offices.
The rental agreement is signed on the day of the motorcycle pick-up, but we recommend that you read it beforehand to facilitate the rental.
The motorcycle must be returned with a full tank of gas, otherwise a $50 USD surcharge will be applied.
A $15 USD surcharge will be incurred by the customer for every hour exceeded from the return hour/date (in addition to the late drop-off charge).
400 km per day are included, $.25 USD per additional Km driven.
Pick-up and drop-off location:
SECURITY DEPOSIT
On the pick-up date, a charge will be made to your debit/credit card of $1,000 USD. For your own security, only debit/credit card to your name will be accepted.
This amount will be reimbursed to the customer within the first 10 days after the bike has been returned to us and a thorough inspection is carried out to certify that no damage was incurred by the customer.
Insurance deductible will be covered also by this deposit in case of a mishap.
Reimbursement will be done only to the debit/credit card of the customer.
CANCELATION
RideMX reserves the right to cancel the rental request if the customer does not fulfill the conditions, in which case the deposit will be returned in full to the customer.
